Meet Monty...
Monty is a key part of the therapeutic approach we take to all areas of school life. We work closely with Jenny from ‘The Dog Mentor’ https://www.thedogmentor.co.uk/about to ensure that students fully benefit from having a dog in school. Jenny will also work with staff or students who have any anxieties or phobias around dogs.
Time spent with Monty varies from individual/group training sessions, playing to cuddles. In our slideshow below, you will see Monty responding to commands along with photos of every day life with him within Cornerstone School.
